Winheart Living is an emerging e-commerce company specializing in furniture and home goods. Headquartered in Georgia with a branch office in California, the company operates its own logistics centers in both states. Currently, our primary focus is on deeply cultivating the domestic U.S. market; our future objective is to gradually expand our operations across the entire Americas. In addition to our B2C online sales, we also plan to extend our business reach to B2B corporate clients and trade show channels. To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a professional with fluent English, experience in e-commerce operations and team building, to assist in the initial platform development and overall team building efforts. Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a versatile and organized Operations & Administrative Specialist to manage day-to-day office administration and support our cross-border e-commerce operations. In this role, you will handle local utility and facility management, coordinate international procurement orders, manage inventory/listings via our ERP system, and ensure exceptional customer service for our online stores. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Administration & Facility Management Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations to ensure a smooth working environment. Handle company utility services, including the setup, tracking, and timely payment of electricity, water, internet, and other facility bills. Liaise with online shop customers responds, landlords, and service providers. 2. E-Commerce Customer Service & Dispute Resolution Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various online sales platforms (e.g., Amazon, Target, Wayfair,Shopify, Walmart,Homedepot.etc) in a timely and professional manner.Investigate and resolve customer complaints, return requests, and chargebacks to maintain high seller ratings. 3. Supply Chain & ERP Management Coordinate with Chinese teams.Manage, update, and maintain data accurately within the company’s ERP system (e.g., inventory levels, order processing, and tracking numbers).Assist with product listing management, including coordinate with uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing online inventory. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office administration and e-commerce operations.E-Commerce Savvy: Familiarity with online sales platforms (Amazon, Target,Homdepot,Wayfair,eBay, Shopify, etc.) and ERP systems is highly preferred. Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is a strong plus Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize daily workloads, and handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable adapting to new software and backend systems. What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
